It’s built using actual finished cuts from our Certified Angus Beef and USDA Choice & Prime inventory, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and ready to load straight into your freezer.
Unlike traditional ¼ cow purchases that charge based on hanging weight (which includes fat, bone, and trim loss) on top of your processing cost, here you only pay for the meat you actually take home — no guesswork, no waste, no surprise bills.
