Giles Meats is looking for a dependable team member to join our food trailer crew. You’ll work directly with our chef to keep things running smoothly during events, catering, and daily service.

Responsibilities
Assisting with opening and closing the food trailer
Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
Cooking on the flat-top grill during busy stretches
Preparing food for events and catering alongside our chef
General food prep and trailer setup
Cleaning and restocking after shifts
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Experience with food service or flat-top grills is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
